Mine was fitted by Sheridans (via Wickes) and there’s a failed joint! Both companies refused to take responsibility and I’m left with a daily reminder that I shouldn’t have spent thousands on this shody product!
Do not use Sheridan worktops. Mine cracked within 5 years of purchase and install

Not fit for purpose. Tea stains my new worktop 😔 wish I'd chosen something different.

What Silicon do you use when mounting and undermount sink High or Low modulus silicon and what brand would you recommend?
I have had my worktops fitted by my brothers with a great thank you to sheridan for doing this very well presented installation guide video it was a great help i have only one question to ask and is how do i put a deep shine on it as i can only get a dull mat finnish
Hi Dave, thanks for your comment! Great to hear the video has helped you. To achieve maximum shine you should work the material with the maroon and grey pads, finishing with the white pad in conjunction with your Apollo Stone Guard. Please note however since the material is limited to a satin/matt finish, it can only shine so far. generally you should expect light to be reflected, but not the colour or exact definition of objects.

Hi I’m currently about to fit these and it doesn’t show how you’ve fixed or silicone them down to the cabs. The kitchen I’m fitting is the handless range with the aluminium rails. I presume just before you joint your tops you’ve put blobs or bead of silicone in places?
You boys just using standard woood cutting blades/cutters?

@@neilowens7680 Got nothing! Although I did find out its just normal wood working bits mate , just get some new blades / cutters etc. If you are doing this worktop I wouldn't cut the sink (overmount) with a router took me hours .. just cut it out with the track saw simples .

Thats all well and good but your guys are fitting in showroom conditions. the basics of what to do are fine but if you show these being fitted in the real world, then its a different job altogether with limited space etc

@@sheridanworktops Hi there, we just installed the pastel melange. Great quality but the finish is not as we expected. We wanted a semi gloss look but it is completely matt. Is there anything we can do? It cost quite a bit of money. thanks
